WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT AND STORE AND WHY

While you visit our site, we’ll track:

Royal Mail is our preferred mail carrier. They will process your name, address and email address to enable them to mail out your order. They can access the following other customer information when an order is processed – telephone number, email address, geolocation, IP address and browser user agents. Royal Mail can also access blog commenter emails, IP addresses and browser users’ agents.

We may also share your personal information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a lawful request for information or to otherwise protect our rights.

 

HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

When you place an order through the Site, we will retain your Personal Information for our records unless and until you ask us to erase this information. For more information on your right of erasure, please see the ‘Your rights’ section below.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile.
