I’m Gayle, and I know exactly how isolating rosacea can feel
Over ten years ago, I was sitting where you are now, overwhelmed and unsure where to turn, not even knowing if there was another way forward. When I finally found freedom from constant flares and that persistent self-consciousness, something shifted.
An instinctive feeling happened: Why wouldn’t I help others discover what I’d found?
When you’ve walked through something so isolating and finally found your way, helping others navigate their own journey simply makes sense.
That quiet resolve has guided everything since.

We start with deep listening, space for your full story, not just symptoms. How rosacea has shaped your life, what you’ve tried, where you genuinely want to be. No rushing, no rigid protocols to follow.
Then we explore together. You’ll have someone who’s walked this path and brings holistic training to support you, but you remain in the driver’s seat. I adapt to what you need, whether that’s practical solutions or simply space to process. I’m your lighthouse: a steady, guiding presence as you find your own way forward.
My approach is gentle and methodical, always meeting you where you are. We’ll uncover what feels right for you, at your pace. You already hold deep knowledge about your own body; I’m here to help you access it.

I see the whole you, not just your symptoms. Rosacea doesn’t exist in isolation, and neither do you. Your sleep, stress, emotions, daily rhythms, even what brings you joy, it all matters here.
I won’t hand you a generic protocol or tell you exactly what to do. Instead, I help you notice patterns, explore connections, and trust your own instincts about what your body needs. Sometimes healing looks like practical changes; sometimes it looks like finally giving yourself permission to rest.

My background
I’ve combined lived experience with formal holistic training: clinical aromatherapy, reflexology, colour therapy, and skincare formulation.
As a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT), I maintain professional standards and continue developing my practice. I’ve also contributed to the FHT’s quarterly magazine, sharing insights with fellow practitioners.
I found freedom from my own rosacea over the last ten years, and I’ve spent those years further deepening my understanding of how body, mind, and emotions work together.
Taking time to listen brings it all together, helping me know which tools to reach for, which questions to ask, and when to simply hold space. It’s what makes my training valuable for you.
