Please note at this time we only dispatch orders to UK addresses. If there is a particular country or region you would like us to ship to in the future please let us know hello@harmoniebotanicals.com

Dispatching Orders

We appreciate every order placed with us and aim to dispatch orders with 2-3 business days of receipt of order.

• Orders placed on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed the following Monday or Tuesday.
• Orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be processed the next working day.

Please note once your has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel any orders.

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 business days) – £3.99

Delivery Information

Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have provided on the order form – please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete, as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect and/or incomplete addresses.

Harmonie Botanicals Limited cannot be held responsible for delayed delivery caused by any third party, as this is outside of our control.
